How is a perpetual license different from a yearly subscription?
A perpetual license is yours forever. First-year maintenance includes upgrades to new versions and priority support; when it ends, the software keeps working.
Do website prices include VAT?
Listed prices are USD references excluding VAT. You will receive an official VND quote with a VAT invoice after submitting a request.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. Companies buying 3 or more licenses, or bundling training, receive project pricing.
How does a network license work?
A network license runs on a license server and is shared by computers on the LAN up to the number of concurrent seats — ideal when users take turns.

Can I try before buying?
Yes. Every desktop product (ZWCAD, ZW3D, ZW3DCAM) has a fully featured 30-day trial on the Downloads page.
How many computers can one license be installed on?
A standalone license is active on one computer at a time. You can move it by returning the license and reactivating it elsewhere.
How do I move a license to a new computer?
On the old computer, open the license manager and return the license, then activate the same code on the new one. Our engineers can help remotely if the old PC has failed.

Can ZWCAD open and save AutoCAD DWG files?
Yes. ZWCAD reads and writes DWG/DXF natively, keeping layers, blocks, dimensions and text styles — no conversion needed.
Can ZW3D open SolidWorks, CATIA, NX and Creo files?
Yes. ZW3D opens popular native formats plus STEP, IGES and Parasolid, and lets you edit imported geometry directly.
Can I reuse my LISP routines and block libraries?
Most LISP routines and block libraries run on ZWCAD as-is. Our engineers will check any special scripts during the trial.

What is the difference between ZWCAD Standard and Professional?
Professional adds full 3D modeling, Dynamic Block editing and the VBA, .NET and ZRX APIs. Standard covers everyday 2D drafting.
What are ZWCAD system requirements?
Windows 10/11 64-bit, 8 GB RAM or more and a DirectX 11 graphics card. ZWCAD runs well on standard office PCs.

Which ZW3D edition should I choose?
Pure mechanical design: Standard. 2-axis machining: Professional. Molds and 3-axis machining: Advanced. 4–5 axis: Premium.
Does ZW3DCAM need a separate installation?
No. ZW3DCAM shares the ZW3D installer; machining features unlock according to your license.
Do you provide post-processors for our CNC machines?
Yes. Our engineers configure posts for your controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, Mitsubishi…) and test them with your shop.

No. ZW365 runs in the browser; you only need an account to view, share and comment on drawings.
